Day 28 - Wish I Had Better News

I am happy that we are on the home stretch. I am happy that I am not the frightful mess everyone predicted (yet). However, radiation is definitely adding up. I have pretty bad sores in my mouth in addition to all the "burn" in my throat. Believe it or not, I still eat solid food. The caveat is that I am now taking Dilaudid (Hydromorphone). Without it, I cannot eat.

I took pics of the sores in my mouth but, after thinking on it a little, have decided to not post them. You might need Dilaudid if I share them. LOL
